Coleman CTAC Lithium-Ion Flashlights  

CTAC40 / Model 2000013873 (1323359) and CTAC60 / Model 2000013872 (1323360)  

 

IDENTIFICATION:  

The flashlights are black, contain the word “Coleman” in white along the handle, and have the model number in white print on the upper portion of the handle next to the light.  The lithium-ion batteries inside the flashlights are red with the Coleman logo in white. 

The units were sold between June 2014 and August 2015 at camping and leisure stores around Australia.  

 

HAZARD:  

The flashlights’ rechargeable lithium-ion batteries can overheat. If the lithium-ion batteries overheat and discharge their contents, there is a risk of fire (although there has not been any known instance of fire in Australia). 

 

ACTION REQUIRED: 

Consumers should stop using the products, dispose of the battery* and contact Coleman for a full money refund.
